Founded in 2024 by a 24-year-old entrepreneur from Lucknow, Minced was born from a deep love for food that feels like home.

Growing up around the rich culinary traditions of Awadh — where keema, kebabs, and slow-cooked gravies are more than just dishes — the vision was clear:
to bring these timeless flavours to Bangalore, in a format that fits modern, fast-paced lives.
